At the campsite, several areas have been designed simply as places to gather. These are spaces to enjoy, share, and discover throughout the day—lively spaces designed for spending time together.

The fire pit

A space to share, a place to gather and extend the day.
Set apart from the eco-lodges, the fire pit offers a serene retreat dedicated to simple pleasures.
At its center: the fire. Always. We gather there at dusk, when the air cools and the lights gently come on, creating a cozy, almost intimate atmosphere.

The firewood is ready, the grills are waiting, drinks are being prepared, large tables are set for big groups, and the kids are sharing roasted marshmallows… Here, everything invites you to take your time: cooking together, sharing a drink, and lingering into the evening under the stars. Just the campfire, the mountains, and the joy of being here.

The Shared Sauna

Set apart, in the spirit of the campsite, the sauna is nestled among the trees. It’s a wood-fired Scandinavian sauna, where the heat envelops you and slows down the pace. You go in to relax, but also to share: a simple moment, a few words, or just silence.

Outside, the shower and cold bath extend the experience. Hot, cold, crisp air. A natural alternation that awakens the body and soothes the mind. Here, we return to the essentials: washing with minimal water, taking our time, getting back to basics. A unique place, where wellness meets nature, true to the spirit of camping.

The Seasonal Bistro

A simple place, deeply rooted in its local area, where you can also get a taste of the spirit of the Alps. In the morning, fresh bread and breakfast await both early risers and those enjoying a leisurely morning. Hot coffee, tea, and toast: everything you need for a gentle start to the day. Throughout the day, the bistro offers the essentials: fruit juices, local beers, and a few sharing platters. The ingredients come from nearby, via short supply chains, and are selected through personal encounters with local producers in the valley. Here, the visit often ends with an exchange of recommendations: producers worth discovering, Tarentaise specialties, and village restaurants.

Just a few minutes from the campsite, La Fruitière de Notre-Dame-du-Pré offers a unique dining experience. In the kitchen, Villi brings a refined, thoughtful, and creative approach to his cuisine—a style that stands out while remaining deeply rooted in local and seasonal ingredients. It’s a wonderful spot, complementary to the bistro, for a more gourmet dining experience.

The Basics

A welcoming, open, wooden space where people come and go. This is where it all begins, and where our team welcomes you. Designed to feel like a “village square,” we take the time to chat and pick up a few ideas to help plan the rest of your stay: climbing guides, activity suggestions, hiking trails, and other outdoor activities…

A small grocery store offers the essentials—perfect for a quick fix or to round out a meal without leaving the camp. The restrooms, designed to be accessible to everyone, extend this unobtrusive comfort, tailored for everyday life. It’s a lively space where people come and go.
